About Tracy
I was a dog walker for 10 years & owned a doggie daycare for 12 years in Stockport, I have worked with dogs since the year 2000. I am a dog trainer for my job at www.happyhoundsdts.co.uk so work part time having lots of time at home to be with my boarding dogs & children. My hubby works from home mainly but sometimes go into work 1/2 days per week. So it's nice as normally most of the day someone is home.
My 3 children are brought up with certain dog guidelines- to let all dogs come to them before touching & give them plenty of space, giving the dog choice is an important key to success of boarding with a young family. They are 8 years, 5 years & 2 years old, all boys (ages last updated for 2024)
We have 2 pet dog- Woody an Italian Spinone (14 years old in April 2024) & Lily a Clumber spaniel x 1/4 Springer spaniel (6 years in June 2024). Both neutered. They are all very sociable & spend time with 100's of dogs per year. Both our pet dogs are Pets as Therapy qualified dogs so have met the criteria set by Pets as Therapy organisation for sociability with people & dogs.
We are based in Macclesfield near Macclesfield General Hospital.
We provide two walks per 24 hours, for our boarders, doggie activities & enrichment to mentally & physically stimulate your dog. Please click on facility/Structure above on the toolbar for more info

I have performed on the BBC Sports Relief Top Dog show, my dog Woody won his heat of Triebbal at the show 2014

I have trained 16,000 children in school assembly's teaching warning signs in dogs (Woody's Way) woody has now retired.

I have done live interviews on BBC Manchester & KEY103 (now known as HITS RADIO) on reading dogs warning signals
